Frequently asked questions.
What can I unlock with Select?+
Eligible standalone libraries and Collections from Cinetools, Leitmotif, SFXtools, Instant Cues and Soundlayers. Multi-library bundle products are separate. Individual libraries featured in Toolkits remain eligible. You can also buy any library normally.
What is Cinetools Select?+
Select is a membership for building your collection of complete libraries. Choose a monthly or yearly plan, receive credits after confirmed payment and use them on the releases you want.
Do credits roll over?+
Yes. Unused credits remain valid for up to 24 months from the payment that granted them. After your paid membership ends, remaining credits can be used for 90 days, within their original expiry dates. Annual plan credits arrive together after the full yearly payment is confirmed.
How do I cancel my membership?+
Open Manage subscription in PayPal from My Account and cancel automatic renewal there. Your paid membership continues until the end of its billing period. Your unlocked libraries remain licensed; any remaining credits follow the original expiry dates and the 90-day post-membership window.
When do yearly credits arrive?+
All yearly credits arrive together after your annual payment is confirmed. The monthly equivalent is shown for comparison; the full yearly amount is billed upfront.
Can I buy extra credits or renew early?+
Extra-credit purchases and early renewals are not available. One active Select plan applies per account. To choose another plan, cancel renewal and wait until your current paid period ends.
How do I keep what I unlock?+
Each library you unlock is added to your account under the Cinetools license. It remains licensed after normal membership cancellation. A verified library you already own opens as a download without using more credits. Purchases from other shops may need support verification.
