These Terms govern use of https://cine-tools.com and the supply of products by Cinetools (“we”, “us”, “our”), subject to the seller-specific terms below. They do not replace mandatory legal rights or the applicable product license.
Our digital catalog includes cinematic sound effects, sound design collections, sample packs, loops, music cues, virtual instrument sample libraries, presets and creative production resources. Where expressly offered, products may also include software, audio plugins, instruments, DAW templates and related tools. Mentioning a category does not mean it is currently available. Brands may include Cinetools, SFXtools, Leitmotif, Instant Cues, Soundlayers and Cinelites. The product page identifies the actual content and requirements.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, purchases are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. Future features, releases and updates are included only where expressly promised.
Orders and digital delivery
Review the description, previews, requirements, total price and license before ordering. Provide accurate billing and email information. If buying for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it.
For direct sales, acceptance is identified in the order confirmation; a payment acknowledgement alone is not necessarily acceptance. For reseller purchases, that seller’s terms determine contract formation. After payment clears and necessary verification is complete, products are supplied by the electronic access or download method stated in the offer or confirmation. No physical item is shipped unless expressly offered.
Download links may have time or security limits stated in the delivery information. These limits do not shorten the product license. If a link is missing, expired or inaccessible, or the wrong files arrive, contact info@cine-tools.com with your order reference. We will assist with access and any remedy owed by law. Permanent hosted access or unlimited replacement downloads are not promised unless included in the offer.
Prices, payments and taxes
Prices are displayed with their currency. Checkout identifies the total payable, applicable taxes and additional charges before the order is placed. Your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Promotions apply under their stated conditions. Price changes apply prospectively; an error does not permit an increased charge without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled on agreed terms, we will notify you and provide cancellation and repayment where required.
Payments are processed through PayPal, and digital download delivery is provided through PayLoadz. Cinetools is responsible for its product, licensing and support commitments. The checkout and receipt identify the payment and delivery services used for your purchase.
PayPal and PayLoadz apply their own terms to their respective payment and delivery services. Using these services does not transfer Cinetools’ product and support responsibilities to them or reduce your mandatory rights. Contact info@cine-tools.com with your original transaction reference for order assistance.
Licenses and intellectual property
Products are licensed for use; ownership of underlying intellectual property is not transferred. Cinetools and its licensors retain their rights in products, audio, software, artwork and website materials. Your own original creative contributions remain yours.
Products supplied under our audio End User License Agreement are governed by that agreement, including its defined product and brand scope, user limits, permitted productions and restrictions. These Terms do not amend or expand it. Other products are governed by the separate license expressly supplied for them. An audio-content license does not automatically grant software redistribution or instrument-development rights.
Royalty-free use means permitted use under the applicable license without further usage royalties to Cinetools. It does not mean unrestricted redistribution, exclusivity or ownership of the assets. Review the license before use. No additional permission to redistribute reusable samples or train AI models is granted here.
Customer responsibilities and compatibility
Use the site and products lawfully. Do not interfere with security, misrepresent transactions, share unauthorised access or infringe rights. Keep any credentials and protected download links secure and report suspected misuse. An account is needed only where the relevant service expressly requires one.
Check stated file formats, operating systems, plugin formats, DAW/sampler versions, storage and separately required software before buying. Ask us if unclear. A failure to check requirements does not excuse an inaccurate description or remove statutory remedies. We do not promise compatibility with every system or a particular creative result.
Support, refunds and consumer rights
Contact info@cine-tools.com with your order number, product, purchase channel and issue. Do not send passwords or full card details.
Our Refund Policy explains faults, delivery problems, duplicate purchases and applicable withdrawal rights. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund rights. A digital-content withdrawal exception applies only when its legal conditions are met; downloading alone is not a universal waiver.
Assurances and liability
We are responsible for supplying products as described and honouring express commitments and mandatory obligations. Except for these commitments and non-excludable rights, we do not provide additional warranties of suitability for every purpose, compatibility with unlisted systems or uninterrupted website availability.
For business customers only, and only to the extent permitted by law, Cinetools’ aggregate liability arising from an affected product is limited to the license fee paid for it. Indirect or consequential business loss, lost profits and lost business opportunities are excluded. These limitations do not apply to consumers.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected. The applicable EULA continues to govern license matters.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains our personal-data processing. External sellers and service providers have their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Links do not transfer our own legal responsibilities to them.
Disputes and governing law
Please contact info@cine-tools.com so we can investigate concerns. This does not require you to delay exercising a right or miss a claim deadline.
These Terms between Cinetools and you are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers retain mandatory protections that would otherwise apply, including those of their country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before courts and competent consumer dispute bodies having jurisdiction under applicable law. No exclusive foreign forum is imposed on consumers.
Changes and general provisions
Updates apply to future use and purchases, with a revised effective date. They do not retrospectively remove rights or alter completed purchases without a lawful basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful. Binding product descriptions, order information, express agreements and mandatory rights remain effective.
