Where are my download links?

After payment is completed, a delivery email contains your download links. Check your inbox and spam folder, including the email address used at checkout. If it has not arrived, contact us with your order reference.

My download link has expired. What should I do?

Follow the access limits shown in your delivery email. If a link has expired, contact us with the order number and the email address used for the purchase so we can check the order and help with access.

A download is interrupted or an archive will not open.

Check that the download has finished and that you have enough free storage for both the archive and the extracted files. Try downloading again on a stable connection. If the problem continues, tell us the library name, the file affected and the error message.

How are payments handled?

Purchases from the current Cinetools store are handled through PayLoadz, with PayPal used for payment processing. Delivery follows completed payment.

I purchased through another store. Who should I contact?

For order, payment or delivery questions, start with the store shown on your receipt. You can also contact Cinetools for questions about the library itself. Include the product name and where you bought it.

Can I request a refund or help with a faulty product?

Digital-download terms and applicable rights apply. If a product is incomplete, corrupted or materially different from its description, contact the seller or Cinetools with your order details. See Section 11 of the current license for the full terms.

Which formats and audio resolution will I receive?

Check the individual product description for its file format, sample rate, bit depth and contents. Our audio libraries use WAV files; the product page gives the specifications for that particular collection.

Do I need a dedicated player or plugin?

WAV files can be imported into compatible audio and video software. Check your application’s supported formats and sample rates. A library of audio files does not require a dedicated Cinetools player.

Can I use the sounds in commercial projects?

Yes, permitted commercial and non-commercial productions are covered by the license. The standard license is non-exclusive and covers one licensed user. Read the full agreement for permissions and restrictions.

Can my whole team use one purchase?

A standard license covers one designated individual. Additional users need their own licenses or an agreed multi-user arrangement. Contact us before sharing access to the original library.

Can I share or resell individual sounds?

The license allows sounds to be used in permitted productions, but does not allow redistribution as reusable audio assets. Limited delivery for work on a specific production has its own conditions in Section 5.

Can I use the sounds to train an AI model?

Model training, fine-tuning and supplying training datasets require prior written permission from Cinetools. Ordinary production-tool use has separate conditions in Section 9. Contact us about any proposed use outside the agreement.
